Vastu Design Advice and Tips for Houses and Gardens

Lots of Vastu sources speak about energy / electric / magnetic forces / ions coming from the north. This is based on the polarities of our north and south pole. 

There are eight (wind) directions and according to Vastu each of these eight directions has his own influence on your wellbeing. Some speak of 10 directions including heaven and hell.  Every direction has his own deity - protector that helps to regulate the order of the Universe or Rta, which means something like universal law or order.
